The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed Bids until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023, for the following:
Providing all materials, equipment and labor for Construction of approximately 3,120 L.F. of 8 inch DIP diameter water main, fire hydrants, valves, connections to existing water mains, and miscellaneous appurtenances.
All work to be Completed 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
Copies of the Bid documents may be downloaded for no cost at www.forsythco.com on the “Procurement Bid Portal (Bonfire)” page.
No firm may withdraw their Bid within 90 days of the actual date of opening.
Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Thursday, June 8, 2023, via Bonfire. Any Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened and will be read aloud, at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department. Bidders and the general public are invited to attend. Award will be made at a later date. Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
