Robert F. Leverett, solely in his capacity as Receiver for the Limited Purposes of Liquidating the Forfeited Property of Craig Frank Adams (hereinafter referred to as the “Receiver”), is soliciting binding, signed, written proposals for conducting an auction sale of certain forfeited property (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”) formerly owned by Defendant Craig Frank Adams. The Property consists of: (1) Three tracts of real estate known as Elbert County Tax Parcels 028 082, 028 083, and 028 084, located in unincorporated Elbert County, Georgia, at 1187 Plantation Road and 1151 Plantation Road, Elberton, Georgia 30635; and (2) Numerous items of inventory, motor vehicles, machinery and equipment, and other personal property, all of which are located on the tracts of real estate described above. Proposals must follow certain terms and specifications. Proposals must be received by the Receiver no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The Receiver does not commit itself to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal. The Receiver reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received or to cancel the solicitation. The Receiver also reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities.
