Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier or supplier(s) who will provide KSU Ambulance Services to the KSU(Kennesaw State University) as further described in this eRFP.
Kennesaw State University (KSU) seeks to procure ambulance services, paramedics, and emergency medical personnel to support various events, including softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball games, and other public gatherings. The aim is to ensure the safety and well-being of participants and attendees at these events by providing prompt medical assistance in emergencies. KSU recognizes the importance of having qualified medical personnel and ambulances readily available to address any medical issues during these activities. By procuring these services, KSU aims to uphold high standards of safety and preparedness during its events, demonstrating a commitment to the welfare of its community members.
