Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for an annual contract for the purchase of criminal file folders for the State Court of Chatham County. Currently the State Court of Chatham County utilizes approximately 6,000 folders per year. Quantities shown are estimates only and will be used for bid evaluation purposes, actual quantities may be more or less, however the unit price must remain unchanged. It is the County’s intent to purchase these folders on an as needed basis. Bids will be evaluated based on the per folder cost.
