Description
The BUTTS COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM will receive proposals until March 5th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. for Construction Management-at-Risk services to oversee certain capital outlay facility projects using, at least in part, E-SPLOST related funds - including some or all of the following:
1. Construction of a Transportation and Maintenance facility
2. Rufus Adams/Ernest Battle Building Professional Development Center renovations and major modifications.
3. Construction of a New Butts County Board of Education Office
4. Renovation of former Transportation facility into a baseball facility
5. Construction of a Nutrition Facility and Warehouse
