Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner,¿ on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (¿Using Agency¿ or ¿TCSG¿), and the North Georgia Technical College (¿NGTC¿), is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing general contractor services for the construction of a project known as Project TCSG-390, Renovation of Purcell Hall(¿Project¿). Those firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified to successfully complete this Project will be invited to submit bids for the GC Services for this Project.
