The Downtown Statesboro Development Authority is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal and entering into a contract for the Business Incubator Expansion. The project consists of a new 4,000 SF conference center, Approximately 5300 SF of renovated office space and minor renovations to 2,800 SF lab building.
