Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this Request for Proposals (¿RFP¿) is being issued to establish a contract for (1) one year with the option of (4) four one-year renewals with one qualified supplier who will provide a CRM Online Application Platform to the Offices of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this RFP.
INTRODUCTION/GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions and The Office of Graduate Admissions requests proposals from companies to provide a comprehensive platform to manage the admissions lifecycle from prospect to matriculation. The CRM database must provide a variety of tools that can be customized through the user interface, or for highly personalized needs, through SQL and xml code. The CRM platform must include the ability manage the activities, data and materials of various user types across the enterprise (prospects, applicants, admissions/recruitment staff, faculty, marketing and communications staff, financial aid, etc.).
The CRM system must provide an online application that includes an applicant portal, online reading application review, travel and event management, outreach/recruitment, and the ability to improve efficiency, enrollment management (reporting and predictive modeling), communications, and event/travel management for both undergraduate and graduate admissions. We are searching for one comprehensive CRM system that does not require the state entity to purchase, acquire or install third-party applications, software, storage, or user licenses to provide the scope of work detailed in this RFP.
