Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Robot Packages to West Georgia Technical College (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

West Georgia Technical College (WGTC) is interested in purchasing one (1) Universal Robot UR10e & Accessories(or Equivalent), Midaco Auto Door Package(or Equivalent), and Versabuilt Mill Automation System & Accessories(or Equivalent) that can meet or exceed the requirements listed within the Bid Specifications Sheet for their Machine Tool Program located at the Carroll County Campus in Carrollton GA. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell their proposed equipment. Suppliers must upload an itemized quote, manufacturer data or cut sheets and a photo that provides detailed specifications for the proposed brand.
