Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will assist Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) with the scanning of documents to an encrypted files system, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity and IT protocols. In addition, we require proper destruction of all files after a period of 30 days.
