Description
The City of Stonecrest, Georgia is seeking competitive bids for RFP 2022-022 Salem Park Parking Lot design for responsible bidders. Salem Park is one of the heavily used parks within the City of Stonecrest. Currently, this park has basketball courts, a pavilion, playground, and walking trails. Existing parking lot is undersized and the city is seeking proposal to perform engineering design for an expanded parking lot. Selected engineering firm will work with the city staff to correctly size the parking lot, relocate basketball court near the parking lot, design a mechanism to stop drivers encroaching into the grassed area, proper fencing, and upgrade the existing drainage.
