The City of St Marys is soliciting sealed bids for the Janitorial Services Contract for various facilities in the City. To maintain a clean and healthy public environment, the successful vendor will perform cleaning operations in and around the buildings listed in this document as prescribed herein. The successful vendor will be responsible for all labor, cleaning tools, materials, and cleaning supplies.
