Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Website Maintenance and Development to the The University of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
An Agency contract will be awarded to the bidder with the highest scoring proposal submitted. The Agency Contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term with four annual renewals available at UGA's discretion.
Details of the Scope of Work are included in the Bid Specifications and Requirements document. All questions regarding this solicitation must be posted to the Q&A tool in the sourcing director.
