Description
Develop a Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) for the City of Bainbridge's public water system. The City of Bainbridge has approximately 4,500 service lines to be verified and inventoried. Hydrovac Excavation and Manual Excavation only. Clean all meter boxes. GPS each meter box. Photograph each meter box. Record material on city side and customer side. Record type of structure. Record and report water leaks.
