Georgia College and State University (hereafter "GCSU" or "Georgia College”), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor (via the CM with a GMP method and lump sum method) and Design-Build services for certain small mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing (MEP) construction projects at GCSU. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services.

Please note that this Task Order solicitation is for MEP Contractors. General Contractors need not apply unless they are licensed MEP contractors as well.
Mechanical to include, but not limited to, the installation and repair of air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, ducting, other HVAC equipment, controls, etc.

Electrical to include, but not limited to, the installation and repair of switchgear, wiring, motors, transformers, generators, lighting, electrical distribution (interior and exterior), low voltage, audio/visual, access control, fire protection alarm systems.

Plumbing to include, but not limited to, the installation and repair of piping (supply and sewer), pumps, boilers, steam equipment, fixtures, water fountains, gas distribution, fire sprinkler systems, distribution, etc.
