Description
Georgia DOT intends to solicit responses to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain the Project under a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain agreement. For this first procurement, Georgia DOT has identified five locations in the Request for Proposals (RFP) where the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure is necessary to close certain Georgia National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (Georgia NEVI) gaps.
Interested Proposers may submit a Proposal on any or all of the Georgia NEVI locations as specified in the RFP. Georgia DOT anticipates awarding each Georgia NEVI location on an individual basis to the Best Value Proposer. This project will be awarded utilizing a One-Step Best-Value method, and there will be a separate Project Agreement for each Georgia NEVI location.
