Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide GGC Parking Lot L Redevelopment to the Georgia Gwinnett College (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
The Georgia Gwinnett College (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) is soliciting services to redevelop an existing gravel Lot L to a paved lot. The work included demolition, grading, stormwater management, and paving of a parking lot.
