Purpose of Procurement:

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia to establish a one-time purchase with one authorized supplier for the purchase and installation of playground equipment to Southeastern Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ

The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Southeastern Technical College for the installation of playground equipment at their Child Development Center at their Swainsboro Campus in strict conformity with their specifications and bidding documents associated with this project. The Child Development Center is located at 346 Kite Road, Swainsboro, GA 30401 This bid has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The specifications are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Southeastern Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at the Child Development Center on December 7, 2023 at 9:00a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project.
