Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled GWVH Paving in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

Project scope of work: The project consists of work to fire rated doors and frames that includes, but is not limited to, repair; recertification by UL certified installer; replacement of door and/or frame; repair or replacement of door hardware. Doors and frames in rated assemblies are to be made compliant per NFPA 101, 2018 and NFPA 80, 2019.

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
