KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools is seeking proposals from a qualified service provider for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. Services shall include repairs and quarterly maintenance. HVAC services shall comply with all city ordinances and applicable State construction codes. In addition, all services must be in compliance with the International Mechanical code. Bids shall include a copy of the contractors current state of Georgia HVAC contractor¿s license and current local business license.
