The bid is for the purchase and delivery of two (2) fluoride tanks for the James E. Quarles Water Treatment Plant located at 4402 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30067.

All questions related to the Project shall be submitted by email no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, February 28, 2023, to the Owner’s Procurement Coordinator, at procurement@ccmwa.org. Questions, if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents. Receipt of any amendment to this Advertisement for Bids shall be acknowledged, in writing, and shall be submitted with the Bid.

A complete copy of the bidding documents including all exhibits may be obtained from the Owner’s Procurement Coordinator, at procurement@ccmwa.org. The Issuing Office address is: 1170 Atlanta Industrial Drive, Marietta, Georgia 30066.

All Bids must be made out on the bid form to be obtained from the Owner with the contract documents. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. Proposals must be signed in ink by a company official that has authorization to commit company resources.

The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Bidder in the preparation of its Bid in response to this Advertisement for Proposals.

All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the day of the Bid opening, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any proposal and return the Bid security prior to that date.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and re-advertise
