The scope of the project involves modifying existing student gang restrooms in existing older school building to meet current ADA standards; modifying reception area single use restroom to meet current ADA standards; plumbing fixture direct replacement and finish update in existing older school building staff restrooms; and finish upgrade in existing newer school building student gang restrooms. Existing sprinkler heads will stay at same location when new ceiling is installed unless there¿s any conflict. There will be no adverse hydraulic effects on the system¿s remote area or demand. There is no change to existing occupancy type, occupancy load, egress capacity, and travel distance.
