The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (“Using Agency” or "GBI"), is seeking firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for a project known as Project No. GBI-081 Medical Examiner Facility Expansion, at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Medical Examiner’s Office in Decatur, Georgia.
