Description
Bids are being accepted for the following purchase:
Two hundred forty (240) desktop computers with one 24-inch monitor. The districts preferred brand and model of computer is Dell Optiplex 7070. Vendors may submit alternative make and models as long as the specifications are met.
Minimum Specifications:
- Intel i7-9th Gen, DDR4 RAM, 2xDP, DVD
- RAM ¿ 16 GB Total Long DIMM
- 240-256 GB 2.5¿ SSD
- 24 inch Monitor
- Microsoft Windows 11 Professional Citizenship (school/non-profit)- Digital Licenses (QLF-00626); Includes GMLR Sticker
- Logitech MK120 Optical USB Professional KB & Mouse
- Graphics card with HDMI Port and Display Port, if possible; We want to avoid the mini/microHDMI; This is in addition to the onboard video card that exists on the machine.
- Appropriate quantity and type of cables to connect the computer to the monitor. Example: HDMI to Display port depending on the monitor connection capabilities.
- Machine/Parts Warranty Terms, Parts Lockers, Return Policy, and Technical Support
In addition to the minimum specifications, the district would like quoted options as separate line items for:
- HD USB Webcam with microphone and autofocus capability (Logitech is the preferred make, but alternate make and models of same functionality and quality are allowed; The autofocus is essential because it can focus on documents)
- USB Data blocker for device charging without data transfer
- Base Image Preinstall option
