It is the City’s intent to contract with one or more established vehicle towing companies to provide towing, vehicle removal, and vehicle storage services based on requests from the City of Alpharetta Department of Public Safety. Any contract between the City and an awarded towing Contractor will establish an obligation on the part of the Contractor to make available to the general public the Contractor’s service when and as called upon, at an established maximum service cost rates and to safeguard the public by assured coverage while the Contractor is in performance of such agreed service.
