Sealed proposals will be received by Carroll Co. Water Authority (CCWA) until 2:00 pm EDT on April 27, 2023, at which time & place they will be publicly opened & read, for reconditioning the 500,000-gallon Adalee Rd. elevated storage tank to include complete removal/replacement of interior/exterior coatings & miscellaneous repairs. Work to be let under one Contract if award is made. Owner reserves the right to select Bid in Owner’s best interest.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.

Drawings & specifications, available at Engineer’s office, Dodge Data & Analytics, ConstructConnect & CMD Group, may be obtained from Engineer upon payment of $35.00, nonrefundable, per set. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by Engineer. Bidder shall clearly display current license number on outside of sealed bid envelope. Owner reserves the right to reject any/all proposals & waive technical errors if in Owner’s best interest.
