Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Commencement Photography Services to the University of West Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
University of West Georgia (UWG) is seeking proposals from professional photography suppliers to provide photography services for our commencement ceremonies for all three semesters, spring, summer, and fall. UWG currently graduates between 2,000-2,500 students per year. We are looking for a reliable and experienced photography supplier to capture the special moments of these events. UWG guarantees the awarded supplier exclusive rights to photography sales for their service.The Supplier will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of the commencement ceremonies. This includes, but is not limited to:¿ Individual and group photos of graduates before and after the ceremony¿ Candid shots of graduates during the ceremony¿ Stage shots of each graduate receiving their diploma¿ Group photos of graduates with faculty members and other dignitaries¿ Any other photos deemed necessary to capture the essence of the eventThe intent is for the contract to start once awarded for one (1) year with four (4) optional one (1) year renewals.
