Sealed bids will be received until January 4, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST at the Quitman-Brooks County Airport located at 1645 Barwick Road, Quitman, Georgia 31643 and at said time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary for the: Displaced Threshold at the Quitman-Brooks County Airport. Major items of work include: Pavement marking removal and remark with a displaced threshold. and related appurtenances.

A PRE-BID Meeting is scheduled for December 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST at the Quitman-Brooks County Airport located at 1645 Barwick Road, Quitman, GA 31643. Attendance is non-mandatory, but encouraged.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, upon payment of a one-time administrative fee of $20.00 for digital access/file sharing access and/or payment of $100.00 for each printed set. Said cost represents the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution, therefore no refund will be granted. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC. Award of contract is subject to requirements in the contract documents including, but not limited to, the following Federal provisions:
