Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Board of Education is soliciting competitive bids from qualified service providers for B-2365LM Carpentry Parts Catalog Discount, per the attached link.

Bid submissions will be received until 10:00AM EST on May 19, 2023, through the Bonfire Interactive online portal located at www.gwinnett.bonfirehub.com. A list of firms submitting responses will be available the following business day on our website.

The Gwinnett County Public Schools Department of Purchasing and Property Management has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new online procurement portal that will allow suppliers to receive electronic notifications for upcoming solicitation opportunities. As part of this online process, all GCPS solicitation submissions will be created and digitally transmitted using this online portal. Paper versions of Bids and RFP's either mailed or personally delivered are no longer accepted.

We invite your company to register at the online Procurement site which is found at http://Gwinnett.Bonfirehub.com. You must be registered within this procurement portal in order to receive notices, download any future solicitation documentation, and submit your solicitation response. All Bid questions must be submitted in writing through the “Message Center” within Bonfire. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
