The City of Alpharetta is requesting statements of qualifications from consultants for Design Services: Cumming Street Pedestrian Bridge including, but not limited to, design work from concept through final design and related work. The intent of this project is to create one pedestrian bridge along Cumming Street over a tributary of Big Creek and a sidewalk between the bridge and Clairmonte Avenue. See Exhibit A for a location map. The City desires that the Prime Consultant have the ability to provide, either with its own forces or through a sub-consultant team member, comprehensive services necessary to fulfill all preliminary services which may arise during the project cycle. The final deliverable will be full construction plans and specifications. More project details will be provided to shortlisted Prime Consultants in the subsequent Request for Proposals.
