Maxair Mechanical, LLC has entered a contract with Atlanta Public Schools (APS) as Construction
Manager at Risk, and we are seeking competitively sealed bids for the building HVAC improvements and
renovations at the Atlanta College and Career Academy. Please accept this invitation to price the
construction/renovation work related to your trade.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Anticipated Start Date: October 30, 2023
Anticipated Completion: July 22, 2024
Project Area: 78,589 sqft
APS and Maxair are strongly encouraging all Minority, Women, or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
(MWDBEs) to participate.
· Davis-Bacon wages are NOT required.
· All mechanical equipment will be pre-purchased by Maxair.
· Installing Mechanical and Electrical Contractor shall warrant pre-purchased equipment for a period of one
calendar year.
