Description
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 2:30 p.m. on April 23, 2024, for all work required for 765 LF of street construction with curb and gutter and about 1,600 LF of 5' sidewalk. The work also includes about 800 LF of 18' storm drainage, 930 LF of 8' water lines 1,200 LF of 8' sanitary sewer and excavation of a stormwater pond located in Albany, GA in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents.
