Description
Effingham County is soliciting proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide Engineering Design Consultant Services for the development of a Safe Streets and Roads for All Action (SS4A) Plan. The SS4A Action Plan will be in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation guidelines (https://www.transportation.gov/grants/SS4A) and include the following Action Plan Components:
A. Safety Analysis
B. Public Involvement
C. Identification and analysis of underserved communities
D. Assessment of current policies, guidelines and standards
E. Identification and prioritization of projects and strategies
