DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES

OVERVIEW:

The City of Norcross is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified Contractors for the abatement, demolition, haul off, and stabilization of existing structures for the locations listed below:

Demolition of structures will consist of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the utility cut off, abatement, proper filings, demolition, haul off and erosion control/site stabilization. All work is to be done in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and procedures. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to secure all permits.

All work must be completed in accordance with industry specifications and standards.

The BID package should be clearly marked ¿ITB PWUP 24-01 ¿ DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES¿ on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. on February 5, 2024, to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to:
