Description
The City of Toccoa invites proposals from General Contractors for Ritz Theater Annex Addition. The written requirements contained in this RFP shall not be changed or superseded except by written addenda from the City of Toccoa. Failure to comply with the written requirements for this proposal may result in rejection of the proposal by the City of Toccoa. Proposals will be received no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024. Proposals may be hand delivered or sent via United States Postal Service or other postal shipping carrier. City of Toccoa is not responsible for proposals not delivered or received and it shall be the duty of the Proposer to ensure receipt. The City of Toccoa will not accept faxed or emailed copies of proposals.
