WALKER COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION
LAFAYETTE HIGH SCHOOL LIGHTING AND HVAC RENOVATION
1.1 SOLICITATION
A. Sealed Proposals from General Contractors will be received by Walker County Board of Education ¿the Owner¿ in the Facilities and Operations Department at 298 Culberson Avenue, LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 for construction of:
LAFAYETTE HIGH SCHOOL LIGHTING AND HVAC RENOVATION
5178 Round Pond Road, LaFayette, GA 30728
B. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Walker County Board of Education, Facilities and Operations Department located at the above Culberson Avenue address. Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be permitted to submit a Proposal for the Project and any Proposal submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be returned unopened.
C. Proposals will be due on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 by 2:00 P.M. No extension of proposal will be made.
