The Upson County Board of Commissioners is to contract with a qualified contractor on a three-year contract to maintain certain County-owned properties in Upson County. Specifically, the County needs these properties mowed, trimmed/edged and clippings blown away from sidewalks, walkways, and roads. During growing season, mowing would be expected to occur at least every two weeks as needed. During the dormant season, the County would need leaf blowing and weed trimming as necessary.
