The project consists of a new 1,298 square foot 1-story concession building with restrooms. The building will be constructed in accordance with 2018 International Building Codes with Georgia Amendments, Construction type will be Type IIB construction. The facility will be fully conditioned and will include support spaces such as; restrooms and storage. Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project also includes 2 lighted and fenced 200¿ baseball fields. The site work will include a new parking area. This project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
