Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner,” on behalf of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (“Using Agency” or “GBI”), is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing general contractor services for the construction of a project known as Project GBI-077, Calhoun Investigative Office (“Project”). Those firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this Project will be invited to submit bids for the GC Services for this Project.
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be downloaded for the Georgia Procurement Registry under the Documents tab appearing at the top of this page.
