Description
Chatham County is seeking to retain one or more companies to implement, support and administer services for its medical and prescription drug benefit programs and to provide stop loss insurance for these programs. These programs will include Medical and Prescription Drug offerings for employees, pre-Medicare retirees as well as their eligible dependents. These services will become effective on January 1, 2024.
Chatham’s primary objective is to provide benefits which include:
• Coverage that is comprehensive and competitive.
• Claims administration services which are timely and accurate.
• Quality account management and customer support.
• Overall plan costs that are within budget.
