Scope of Services for: Audio Visual (AV) Equipment ¿ Amplification, Recording and Streaming of Public Meetings (City of Palmetto Council Chamber)

Camera installation

2 cameras (Cover both the Council Dais and the Podium for the Public.
Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) with optical zoom and tracking capabilities.
AC Power connection with a Power over Ethernet (PoE) as an add-alternate.
Microphone installation

8 gooseneck desktop microphones (with capability to mute) for the Council Dais.
3 gooseneck desktop microphones (with capability to mute) for the Staff Table.
1 gooseneck microphone installed into an existing Podium for the Public.
Speakers

6 speaker ceiling arrays to cover the entirety of the Council Chamber.
Cabling

Necessary cabling and wires to connect all installed equipment.
Hardware

Multi-channel mixer
Audio amplifier
Floor based HD monitor (60 inch) at base of Staff Table for viewing from the Council Dais. Ceiling mount as an add-alternate. (Purpose is to view presentations or documents)
Two HD monitors (75 inch) articulated ceiling or wall mounted for the public. (Purpose is to view presentations or documents)
Software

Streaming software installed on multiple laptops to support cloud-based recording and streaming.
Labor and Installation

Full-service procurement of equipment, installation, and testing.
Minimum of a one-year warranty on materials and labor.
Training and service contract for troubleshooting and additional training.
Miscellaneous

Any equipment racks, shelving or other items necessary to house and store purchased equipment.
Itemized list of any additional recommended equipment, software, or hardware.
Each item must be individually priced per unit.
