Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Stockbridge, Georgia from prospective Bidders for the City of Stockbridge, Georgia¿s ¿Walter Way, Pine View, & Memorial Park Lift Station Rehabs¿ project. The ITB Due Date is 3:00 pm EDT on Thursday, March 28, 2024. All bids should be delivered to the Stockbridge City Hall, 4640 N. Henry Blvd., Stockbridge, GA 30218.

The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to complete the Walter Way, Pine View and Memorial Park lift station rehabilitation improvements shown on the Drawings and as specified herein, including, but not limited to, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, demolition, temporary bypass connection, temporary bypass pumping, wet well rehabilitation, generator, valve vault, piping, valves, fencing, site work, wet well top, manholes, pumps, soil erosion and sediment control and grassing at the lift station site, construction exit, electrical, mechanical, painting and other appurtenances necessary to provide a complete and working installation.

Time allotted for Substantial Completion of work is 240 consecutive calendar days excluding generator. Time allotted for the generator and ATS is 465 days. If generator lead time exceeds 14 months, additional time may be added. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
