Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Commencement Audio Visual and Rigging Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Georgia State University's intent is to establish a contract for one (1) year with 4-1 year options to renew with a qualified supplier who will provide all necessary lighting, rigging, sound, audio and video production equipment along with personnel (labor) for commencement services which is held in The Georgia State University Convocation Center but is subject to change.
