Bids are to be sent to the attention of the County Manager. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install 1-Million Gallon Elevated Water Tank, ±990 L.F. of 16¿ D.I. Water Main, ±300 L.F. of 12¿ D.I. Water Main, and 1 hydrant. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor to construct the elevated water tank, associated piping, foundation work, grading, grassing, erosion control, painting, cleaning, disinfection, and all valves, fittings, and other appurtenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 270 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
