The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing this Request for Quotation for experienced firms to enter into an Open Agency Contract to provide Abatement, Demolition, or UST and Removal Services. The services to be provided under this contract include, but are not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition, or UST removal of improvements for structures, or other encumbrances in the Right of Way (ROW) and/or easement areas.

IMPORTANT****RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION****: From the issue date of this solicitation until a successful bidder is selected and the selection is announced, Bidders are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any GDOT staff, including the Commissioner and Transportation Board Members, about this solicitation except through the Contracting Officer or other persons named herein, or during any bidder’s conferences (if applicable), or as provided by existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT shall reserve the right to reject the bid of the offending bidder.
