Sealed bids for construction of the Bleckley Cochran Industrial Park Phase I will be received until Tuesday November 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Cochran - Bleckley Chamber of Commerce, 102 N. Second S., Suite A, Cochran, GA, 31014, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law.
This project will include construction of two roads totaling over 1,900 feet in length, 18" storm sewers and associated structures, over 1,600 feet of 10" sanitary sewer construction, and over 600 feet of 8" water main and related appurtenances to serve the Bleckley Cochran Industrial Park.
