Description
The Lincoln County BOC is soliciting proposals from qualified and professional firms to engineer, design, supply and construct a 88' wide x 140' long x 16' tall (at the eave) clear span open arena. The building will be constructed at the Curry Colvin Recreation Complex located at 1962 Rowalnd York Drive, Lincolnton, GA 30817.
The proposed project includes the construction of a 88' wide x 140' long x 16' tall pre-engineered steel building as detailed in the RFP that can be found on the county website.
The proposals shall include the costs of all components of a complete building inculding, but not limited to, pad site work, roof, doors, windows, electrical, and all other necessay work for a complete and functional building.
All necessary civil and structural engineering and architectural design services required for permits and construction purposes.
