Sawnee Drive Extention
The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for road construction of the Sawnee Drive Extension.

Proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with “Sawnee Drive Extension”, and City of Cumming, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040. Proposals will be received until 10:00 AM ET on February 17, 2023 at Cumming City Hall third floor receptionist desk or by mail. Any Proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Pre-proposal meeting will be held 10:00 AM ET on February 3, 2023 at Cumming City Hall. Contractors are urged to attend. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Foresite Group, LLC, Sydney Robertson at GSbids@fg-inc.net, no later than 5:00 PM ET on February 10, 2023. Proposals are legal and binding upon submission. All proposals to be submitted in duplicate. Awarded contractor will be contacted after April 4, 2023.
