QUALIFICATIONS AND BID
Notice is hereby given that Jefferson County will accept sealed bids, accompanied by a Bid Bond, for the
Renovations and Additions to the Jefferson County Leisure Center located at 209 E 7th Street Louisville, GA, 30434. Bids shall be submitted to the Jefferson County Commission Office located at 217 E. Broad Street, Louisville, GA 30434, no later than Tuesday February 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Bids shall be evaluated based on the price and the requirements and criteria set forth herein. The contract shall be awarded to the most-qualified and responsive bidder whose qualifications and bid meet the requirements and criteria set forth. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the Leisure Center on February 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In order to allow prospective bidders to tour the facility.
