The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Open Agency Contract with a Supplier to provide Janitorial Services for the Office of Materials Testing (OMAT) in compliance with the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

Janitorial Services consist of furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform interior janitorial services to ensure the facility is maintained in a safe, attractive, clean, and sanitary manner at all times.

The Department does not make or imply any guarantee of minimum or maximum number of services under the contract.
